      In this module, we will support your school in defining SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives aimed at integrating democratic practices and procedures into everyday school life. Structured planning will help you embed these goals within your quality management system, ensuring that the changes brought about by this project are sustainable.

    • Upon completion of this module, you will be able to

      • analyse the results of your coACTION Sensor surveys,
      • define clear, achievable SMART goals that will help you make your school more democratic,
      • incorporate these into the quality management plan,
      • and coordinate the involvement of pupils, parents and teachers.

      • Integrate the goals into the School Development Plan
