    In this module, we will support your school in defining SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives aimed at integrating democratic practices and procedures into everyday school life. Structured planning will help you embed these goals within your quality management system, ensuring that the changes brought about by this project are sustainable.

    A strong SMART goal translates democratic initiatives into actionable, trackable steps that shape your school culture over time.
